#OFFICIALNEWS JS-SEZ Tax Incentive Package for Investors
To stimulate economic growth and enhance the country’s competitiveness, starting from January 1, 2025, the Johor State Government, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, is offering a tax incentive package for the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ) to attract more high-value investments to Johor. This initiative also takes into account the dynamic needs of both global and domestic investors, and introduces a reduced entertainment duty incentive rate.
With the implementation of this package, Johor is expected to become the preferred destination for high-value investments, thereby stimulating economic growth in the state.
